Privacy Policy
My Trevo is an AI assistant for founders and small teams. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use Google user data, and the controls you have. We keep it short and concrete on purpose, if anything here is unclear, write to contact@my-trevo.com.
Who we are
My Trevo is operated by Decupler. You can reach us at contact@my-trevo.com for anything related to your account, your data, or this policy.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (if you choose) basic workspace details such as company name, industry, size, country, timezone, and currency. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and display name from Google to create or match your account.
Content you create
We store documents, invoices, contracts, client records, calendar entries, chat messages, and other content you put into My Trevo. This content is private to your workspace and only visible to members you've invited.
Connected service data
If you connect Google, WhatsApp, or other integrations, we receive data from those services on your behalf (see "Google user data" below).
Usage and technical data
We collect minimal logs needed to run the service: API request timestamps, error traces, and basic device/browser information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Google user data
When you connect a Google account, My Trevo requests OAuth permission for the specific scopes below. We only request what we need to deliver the feature you are using.
- Google Calendar
Read and write events on calendars you choose so My Trevo can show, create, update, and delete meetings on your behalf.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonlyhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events - Google Drive & Docs
Browse Google Docs in your Drive and import their text into your My Trevo knowledge base when you click Import. Create, rename, or delete Docs you ask My Trevo to manage.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file - Profile & email
Used to identify your account at sign-in.

How we use Google data
- To display your calendar, emails, and Docs inside My Trevo.
- To execute actions you request, sending an email, creating an event, importing a document into your knowledge base.
- To pass content you select to our language-model provider so My Trevo can answer questions about it or draft replies. Providers process the request to return a response and are not permitted to use it for their own model training.
What we do not do
- We do not read your inbox, calendar, or Drive in the background.
- We do not sell, rent, or share Google data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
How we store and protect data
All data is stored on managed databases with TLS in transit. Google OAuth refresh and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with keys held only by our backend. Access to production data is limited to a small number of authorized personnel for support and incident response.
Sharing and third parties
We use a small set of processors to run My Trevo:
- Aiven (MySQL), managed database hosting.
- Firebase Authentication, sign-in.
- Anthropic / OpenAI, AI model providers used to answer your prompts.
- Twilio, WhatsApp Business messaging (only if you connect WhatsApp).
Each processor is bound by its own data-processing terms and only receives the data needed to perform the function above. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your controls
- Disconnect Google. Open Integrations in My Trevo and click Disconnect. This revokes our tokens at Google and removes them from our database. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Export or delete your account. Email contact@my-trevo.com and we will export or delete your workspace data within 30 days.
- Update your info. Edit your profile and workspace details from Settings inside the dashboard at any time.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your workspace content within 30 days and purge backups within 90 days. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, invoicing or fraud-prevention obligations).
Children
My Trevo is built for professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside of your country of residence. Where that happens, we rely on contractual safeguards with our processors and on the same protections described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or inside the app. Continued use of My Trevo after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
